1. Return Shipping Costs for Dispatched Orders
If your order has already been shipped (i.e., in "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery" status), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs:
- Step 1: Initiate a return request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return. We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days. - Step 2: Arrange return shipping
You must ship the item(s) back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, DHL, UPS). Please keep the tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or untracked return packages.
- Step 3: We process your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will:- Confirm the item meets return eligibility.
- Process a refund for the product purchase price (excluding the original shipping fee, if any, and the return shipping cost you incurred).
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or defective upon delivery:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved crystal bracelets, made-to-order size pieces).
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on product pages).
- Items damaged due to improper use, accidental breakage, or failure to follow care instructions
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item and the original packaging.
We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a choice of: - A full refund (including original shipping fees).
- A free replacement (if the item is in stock).
