1. General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased directly from myaurastone.com within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (please refer to your order confirmation email for the exact delivery date).
- In unused, undamaged, and original condition (e.g., no scratches, no signs of wear, original tags/packaging intact).
- Not part of our "Final Sale" category (clearly marked on product pages, e.g., customized crystal bracelets, limited-edition pieces).
2. Free Shipping for Returns (Pre-Shipment Only)
We offer free return shipping exclusively for orders that have not yet been dispatched (i.e., in "Processing" or "Awaiting Fulfillment" status on your order tracking page):
- If you wish to cancel or return an order before it ships, contact our support team at [your email address] or via the "Contact Us" form on our website.
- Once we confirm the order is unshipped, we will:
- Cancel the shipment immediately.
- Provide a prepaid return label (if the order was already packaged but not sent) or process a full refund directly.
